By placing an order on jellysmith.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. General
Jellysmith is an independent maker based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. All products are handcrafted in small batches. By completing a purchase, you enter into an agreement with Jellysmith under the terms outlined here.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely via PayPal. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Shipping
All orders are dispatched from Vietnam via international postal service. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
Once a shipment shows as successfully delivered via the carrier’s tracking system, Jellysmith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your order, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or filing a claim directly with the carrier.
If your order shows no movement or appears stuck in transit for an extended period, please contact us at in@jellysmith.com and we will do our best to assist.
5. Warranty
Every Jellysmith product is inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives with a defect that originates from our end — a manufacturing fault, material failure, or quality issue — we will make it right.
We offer the following:
- Replacement: If the product is defective due to our fault, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Repair support: If a full replacement is not possible or practical, we will work with you to arrange a repair solution where feasible.
Because we operate from Vietnam, international return shipping presents significant logistical challenges. We handle warranty claims on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a resolution that works for you without requiring you to ship the item back in most situations.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at in@jellysmith.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
6. Our Commitment to You
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will assess each situation individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.
We do not offer a lifetime warranty — but we stand behind everything we make. If something goes wrong with your Jellysmith product, reach out. We will do everything we can to help, for as long as we reasonably can. That is a commitment we make to every customer.
7. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase, ordered the wrong variant, or the issue is not related to a product defect on our end. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
We are a small independent operation and each piece is made to order — this policy allows us to continue doing what we do.
8. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict or control these fees and they are not included in the product or shipping price.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jellysmith’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
