Every piece is made and packed by hand in Vietnam, then sent by tracked post, worldwide.
When it leaves
Orders leave the bench within 7 business days.
How long it takes
- United States: 7 to 10 days from dispatch
- Europe: 10 to 15 days from dispatch
- Within Asia: usually less
These are estimates. Customs and carriers can add days that are out of my hands.
What it costs
Shipping is charged by the number of pieces in the order, wherever it goes:
- 1 piece: $10
- 2 pieces: $15
- 3 pieces: $21
- 4 pieces: $28
- 5 pieces: $32
- 6 or more: free
Customs fees, import duties and local taxes are set by your country and paid by the buyer. They are not part of the price or the shipping.
Tracking
Tracking details are added to your order once the parcel leaves, and you can follow it on the order tracking page. Once tracking shows the parcel as delivered, I can no longer take responsibility for it. If it says delivered and you don’t have it, check with neighbours or your local post office first.
Damage and defects
If a parcel arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece. If a piece is defective, write within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos or a short video. A defective piece is replaced at no extra cost, and in most cases you won’t need to send it back.
Returns
I can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong variant, so please check your order before paying. The full terms are on the terms and conditions page.
